The ̽»¨ÊÓƵ Political Action Committee

The ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC is a voluntary, nonpartisan political action committee established by ̽»¨ÊÓƵ Technologies in accordance with federal law. The ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC is not funded by corporate dollars. It is funded solely from the voluntary, personal contributions from its members, who are primarily ̽»¨ÊÓƵ employees. The ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC is governed by the ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC Board, a group of senior leaders from across the company. These leaders are appointed to this role by our CEO. The ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC undergoes annual audits and reports findings to the ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC Board, our CEO, and the Audit Committee of ̽»¨ÊÓƵ’ Board.

The ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC is the sole method ̽»¨ÊÓƵ uses to make political contributions, and ̽»¨ÊÓƵ does not make direct contributions with ̽»¨ÊÓƵ’ funds or other assets to candidates for US federal, state or local office [or for ballot initiatives, political parties, or section 527 entities].

The ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC supports candidates seeking federal office, as well as selected state and local offices, national political organizations, and other political action committees. Contributions are made on the basis of a candidate or candidates’ policy positions on issues of importance to the aerospace and defense industry as well as their representation of ̽»¨ÊÓƵ employees and facilities. Contributions are reviewed with the ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC Board and the Vice President of Government Relations provides political contribution updates to the ̽»¨ÊÓƵ Board or Nominating and Governance Committee on a regular basis.

You can find a full list of all candidates and committees to which ̽»¨ÊÓƵ PAC has contributed .
